Our full range of Lab Gas Generators

We supply premium gas generators for specific analytical, laser, industrial and environmental needs: Hydrogen, Zero Air, Nitrogen and combined gas generators. They offer continuous and on-demand source of Hydrogen, Zero Air or Nitrogen to the application. Our products are designed and built exploiting the know-how and skills acquired over more than 30 years’ operating in the sector. All of our generators are equipped with internal diagnostic systems and are designed for two-way remote control to facilitate maintenance and service. Our generators are designed with a green aspect to reduce at most energy consumption.

Over the time or according regulations and devices requirements, calibration operations are required for each measured compound . Our premium gas calibration systems have big advantages compared with low concentration gas cylinders: better stability, accuracy and less expensive gas consumption. One calibration system is enough to calibrate a complete anaysis bench.

  New-concept oil-less compressors guarantee high performance and considerable flexibility, thanks to speed control (by inverter) that, in addition to eliminating the need for air to be accumulated in large tanks, also provides considerable benefits also in terms of energy savings and longer maintenance intervals, bringing major economic benefits.

The Hydrogen sensors are security systems that allow the use of hydrogen on the GC in safety. The sensors can be connected directly to the Hydrogen generators, to a SCADA system via RS485, or it can work independently using their special module. They continuously check the presence of Hydrogen in the atmosphere (OPT.H2.SENS.1) or in the GC’s oven (OPT.H2.SENS.2). These sensors are engineered to automatically stop the flow of H2 production from the generator when the presence of Hydrogen exceeds the alarm threshold.

Noise is the one of the worst inconvenient in laboratories. LNI Swissgas premium benches and noise enclosures are the perfect solution to remove this problem. They offer a better, safer and more peaceful working environment in laboratories. Our noise enclosures offer a quieter environment up to 15dB while our dedicated OEM benches save up to 30% of space. Because pure water is mandatory in all laboratories, a demineralizator is an important equipment in many lab applications. The LNI demineralizators are able to supply purified water for instrumental and analytical purposes matching requirements of every modern laboratories. Available in the HLP and UV derivative, our systems remove chemical contaminants through de-ionization (DI), reverse osmosis and UV lamp.
